1922: ministero senza una rete parrocchiale stabile
Il resoconto storico canadese conservato riferisce l’assenza di comunità formalmente costituite intorno al 1922. Descrive anche comunità indipendenti sotto la supervisione dei vescovi. Una struttura parrocchiale limitata non significava che ogni ministero fosse cessato.

By that time these three jurisdictions were "paper churches" as there were no formal congregations for any of them; however, the FPEC had canons to organise parishes (the hope) and to allow for independent congregations to be under its bishops oversight (the reality).
